Please download the blank Word format application in English. If you can translate the application into another language and send it back to us via email to MCChristmasStore@gmail.com, we will post it for others to view and use.

If several people translate it into the same language, we will ask each of you to double-check the other volunteers’ work. As dialects vary, we may keep multiple variations available for shoppers to pick from.

If you are also available to assist those who do not speak English, let us know if you can volunteer as a translator when the families come to shop in December or if you are available by phone.
